Terms of Service

MCSlist is an online classifieds noticeboard. We host listings. We are not a party to any sale, hire, job, rental, or other arrangement made through an ad.

You are solely responsible for the content you post, for the accuracy of that content, and for any communication or transaction with other users. Meet in public. Never pay deposits to unknown parties. Never share OTPs or banking passwords.

Paid listings stay live for 30 days from the moment payment is confirmed, unless they are removed for a rule breach, expired, or taken down by you or by moderators.

You must not post illegal goods or services, weapons, stolen property, scams, spam, or content that exploits anyone. We may remove ads and ban accounts without notice.

Payment is processed by Stripe when keys are configured. Fees are set in USD; Adaptive Pricing may present the charge in rand. Refunds are at our discretion before an ad is published.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED AS IS. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT ALLOWED BY LAW WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR DEALS, LOSSES, OR CONDUCT OF USERS. SOUTH AFRICAN LAW GOVERNS THESE TERMS.
